At Styled by Starr, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our updated cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellations & Reschedules:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.
2. Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
3. No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the total service cost and may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if done at least 48 hours before your original appointment time. Reschedules within the 48-hour window will incur the 50% fee.
5. Repeated Cancellations:
Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
